The pulsating vacuum sterilizer uses saturated steam as the sterilization medium. Main performance features
□ Motorized door, (removable) tooth meshing sealing structure, motor chain drives the door up and down.
□ Double-door channel type, with pressure safety interlock, liquid program with temperature door safety interlock, double door interlock.
□ Inflatable pressure drives the seal ring to achieve automatic sealing, the new high-quality high-tear silicone rubber material circular hollow door seal ring, special surface coating treatment, wear-resistant and smooth, with better sealing effect and longer service life, life up to 1500 cycles.
□ The main structure is a rectangular cross-section, the European-style annular reinforcement jacket has no flange structure, and the sealing groove is directly welded on the annular jacket at both ends.
□ Control system: Siemens programmable controller PLC and color touch screen, the whole process is automatically controlled by the program, and the operation process status, operation curve and temperature, pressure, time and other parameters are automatically displayed.
□ Intelligent maintenance system: (optional) equipped with remote monitoring and maintenance module, which can realize remote monitoring and remote software upgrade of the equipment operation on the PC or mobile phone.
□ There are sterilization procedures for fabrics, instruments, tubular instruments, rubber, liquids, and customization, as well as test procedures such as BD test and vacuum leakage test.
□ Pulsation mode: negative pressure pulsation, cross-pressure pulsation and positive pressure pulsation are adopted, and the air removal volume is greater than 99.99%, which saves steam consumption and improves the steam sterilization drying effect.
□ Flash vacuum drying technology, fabric dryness is less than 0.6%, and instrument dryness is less than 0.1%
□ Real-time printing of process data through built-in printer, pharmaceutical customers are equipped with paperless recorders.
□ Pipeline system: stainless steel sanitary pipelines, clamp connection, all welds are welded by automatic pipe welding machine; the main control valves are imported German angle seat valves and solenoid valves, German NASH direct-connected water ring vacuum pumps.
□ Supply system detection alarm system: equipped with steam, water source, power supply phase sequence detection alarm device. Once the supply system does not meet the equipment operation conditions, it will automatically alarm, prohibit the program from starting and terminate the program operation.
□ It has an automatic drainage temperature adjustment system, and the drainage temperature is <60℃.
