Pulsating vacuum sterilization is a high-temperature steam sterilization method. Steam sterilization is an ancient sterilization method with a long history of application. With the advancement of sterilization technology, high-temperature steam sterilization has evolved into a pulsating vacuum sterilizer with better sterilization effect. Pulsating vacuum sterilization uses saturated steam as the sterilization medium, uses mechanical vacuuming to evacuate the air in the sterilization chamber and inject steam. When the set pressure and time are not reached, vacuumize again and inject steam. When the set temperature and pressure are reached, the heat accelerates biological movement, breaks biological protein peptides, destroys biological enzymes and structural proteins, and kills bacteria.

The pulsating vacuum sterilizer first evacuates the sterilization chamber multiple times, and then rushes in high-temperature steam multiple times to replace the cold air in the sterilization chamber, with significant effects. When the set temperature, humidity, and pressure are reached, high-temperature steam is used for thermal sterilization, and the structural proteins composed of bacteria accelerate movement, breaking biological enzymes and structural proteins, leading to the death of microorganisms. Moreover, under the action of vacuum pressure, steam can diffuse faster to the outside and inside of the sterilized product, sterilize more thoroughly, and cause less damage to the sterilized items.
